Committees and Operations
The sound management of the transformation process and the effective distribution of authority and responsibilities are as important as the content of the transformation itself. To make the structurally relational and spiral framework of standards functional, establishing interrelated committees in a matrix structure and ensuring the active participation of existing committees will contribute to the smooth running of the process. The following committees are needed to undertake and lead the project.
