Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Medicine is hosting a two-day advanced training program organized by Novusarge, featuring Europe’s most up-to-date anatomical approaches in the field of medical aesthetics. The program will take place on 12–13 December 2025 at the Microsurgery (Rhoton) Laboratory in Istanbul.
Led by chief instructor Sergey Prokudin, the program also features contributions from international trainers Evgenii Zhigalov, Alua Sapieva, Kateryna Isaeva, and Galina Nadymova. Throughout two intensive days, participants engage in a comprehensive learning experience including theoretical lectures covering all layers of facial anatomy, in-depth anatomical demonstrations, and hands-on injection practice under mentor supervision.
The program focuses on current anatomical approaches to botulinum toxins, dermal fillers, thread applications, polylactic acid, and lipolytic techniques.
The first day began with a theoretical session providing an in-depth review of facial anatomy. Under the theme “Anatomical Concepts in Threads, Botulinum Toxins, Fillers, Polylactic Acid, and Lipolytic Procedures,” key topics such as safe injection zones, layer relationships, and major injury risks were discussed.
Following the theory session, dissection-based demonstrations were conducted in the Rhoton Laboratory, examining critical structures relevant to aesthetic procedures layer by layer, including:
- Superficial and deep fat compartments
- The SMAS layer
- Ligaments and septa
- Danger zones
- Arterial and venous pathways
The second day of the training is dedicated entirely to practical applications. Participants will perform comprehensive, combination-based procedures aimed at addressing age-related facial changes, all under one-to-one mentor guidance.
The application modules include:
- Brow and forehead lifting
- Temporal region rejuvenation
- Tear trough and under-eye treatments
- Mid-face and cheek contouring
- Lip volume and border enhancement
- Jawline definition and lower-face balancing
- Neck band treatments and cervico-mental angle refinement
The program not only equips participants with advanced technical skills but also provides a multidimensional perspective on anatomical safety, complication management, and contemporary facial design principles.
