As Faculty of Educational Sciences,
- We provide teacher training programs to public schools,
- We provide seminars to public and private school students,
- We carry out University within School model (explained above)
- We prepare coursebooks for BUEK institution.
- Coding Curriculum
A study on the coding curriculum development starting from age 5 has been carried out under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Şirin Karadeniz as the rector of Bahçeşehir University. This gained experiences from this curriculum has been shared with the Ministry of Education who approved this curriculum to be planned for implementation in K-12 schools.

- Books Written by Faculty members (Appendix-24):
Robotic, coding, game design written by the faculty member of Department of Computer, Education and Instructional Techologies, CLIL by the department of English Language Teaching, Mindfulness by the department of Psychological Counseling and Guidance and Creative Ideas (1 and 2) by the Graduate Program of Gifted and Talented Education.
Seminers to the Community
- Seminars and Workshops by the Faculty Members at Other Institutions (Appendix-25)
The faculty members of the Faculty of Educational Sciences attend seminars, discussions and give workshops hosted by other institutions such as private/foundation schools and various districts’ (Küçükçekmece, Üsküdar, Beşiktaş, etc.) directorates of National Education. The faculty members have attended over 500 outreach activities for three years.
- Istanbul Measurement and Evaluation Academy (Appendix-26)
With this 14-week training plan, which is planned by Istanbul Assessment and Evaluation Center, the teachers are given both theoretical and practical information, and the teachers' ability to make correct decisions in education, the understanding of assessment and evaluation in accordance with the curriculum, and the ability to develop reliable and valid measurement instruments It is aimed to gain skills such as active participation in the processes.
- Teacher Trainings by YEGAM
YEGAM aims to increase the school quality by contributing to the development of teachers who will be innovative, self-confident and contribute to their personal development. YEGAM designs trainings according to teachers’ branches and the age groups of the students in order to analyze and eliminate the educational needs of teachers. Teacher training program for teacher candidates and the orientation of new teachers are also planned by YEGAM. In these programs, YEGAM aims to train teachers who are innovative and perfectionist at every moment of their life and follow the developments in the field of educational sciences.
