This conference, which was organized in collaboration with Bahcesehir University BAUSTEM and Teknokta, was held with the theme of “Design the Tomorrow with Confidence”. This conference started with presentations and continued with panels and workshops. Thanks to this conference, the participants had chance to talk about the lifelong learning journey starting from childhood and also re-experience the learning process by making and living teachers through workshops.

Ardından, The LEGO® Technic Idea Book, The LEGO® Mindstorms EV3 ve daha birçok kitabın yazarı olan LEGO Master Builder Yoshihito Isogawa, “Çocukların Yaratıcılıklarını Artırma Yaklaşımım” konulu sunumunu gerçekleştirdi.
Teknokta Kurucusu Fatma Bezek, LEGO Education Orta Doğu ve Afrika Partner Satış Müdürü Josh Graham ve MEB Temel Eğitim Genel Müdürlüğü’nden Erken Çocukluk Daire Başkanı Tuncay Morkoç konuşmalarını takiben alanında uzman, birbirinden değerli hocaların yer aldığı “Yaşam Boyu Devam Eden Öğrenme Yolculuğunda Temel Eğitimin Rolü” paneline geçildi.
Prof. Dr. Belma Tuğrul, Dr. Öğretim Üyesi Menekşe Boz, Dr. Öğretim Üyesi Serap Sevimli Çelik ve Cevat Ayna’nın içinde yer aldığı panelistlerle çocukluk döneminde başlayıp yaşam boyu devam eden öğrenme yolculuğu üzerine konuşuldu. Panelle birlikte konferansın ilk yarısı tamamlanmış oldu. Öğle yemeği molasından sonra atölye çalışmalarına geçildi.

Atölyelerin sonlanmasıyla konferans tamamlandı.
In collaboration with Bahçeşehir University, Sustainable Education Development and Excellence Association (SEGM) and Share the Future Civil Initiative (GP) held a conference which focused on education policies, models, sustainability, people-oriented approaches and perceptions and expectations of teachers and parents in November, 30, 2019.
International Teachers Research Conference was held for the third time at Bahçeşehir University. The conference, which was held on 8-9 June 2018, was attended by researchers, teachers and prospective teachers from various countries. The primary goal of the conference was to bring together teacher-researchers across Turkey and beyond to support the growing international movement of teachers as researchers and knowledge creators for themselves, their students and their schools. The conference was participant-centred, with teachers being viewed as at the centre of knowledge construction rather than the ‘receivers’ of expert knowledge. This year's conference focused on the personal research experiences of EAP / ESP / ELT teachers, the challenges they face in practice, and the results of these surveys were shared.

The annual conference of International Association of Teachers of English as a Foreign Language (IATEFL) Research Special Interest Group (ReSIG) in Turkey was held at Bahçeşehir University (BAU) for the second time. At the IATEFL ReSIG Conference held at BAU, the results of research on the conditions and challenges of being a student and teacher were shared with the international arena. The research conference, which included sessions, presentations and workshops, hosted valuable participants both from Turkey and abroad.

The 4th International Conference on New Trends in Education was held on 17-18 November 2017. NTE conference series have been jointly hosted by Bahcesehir University Faculty of Educational Sciences in collaboration with Ege University and Georgia State University as was the 4th of the series whose theme was Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL). The conference aimed to provide a platform for academics, educators, researchers, leaders, visionaries and especially foreign language teachers from schools, universities, businesses, industries and other private and public agencies to share and discuss their innovative experiences, practices, research initiatives and outcomes. With the help of this conference, the practical aspects of theoretical perspectives and the right connections of CLIL with every aspect of language teaching were discussed and eventually led to invaluable contributions to the field. More specifically, one of the main objectives of the conference was to bring various research studies and workshops together to contribute to the body of literature in CLIL and draw attention to the need for CLIL materials to guide both content and language teachers. The conference covered a variety of sessions such as presentations, posters, workshops and panels and was held in English. With a total of over 400 attendees, the conference was sponsored by 6 related publishing companies and also supported by TÜBİTAK, The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey. There were 3 keynote sessions, 2 panels (authors’ and academics’ panels) and over 20 concurrent presentations, poster sessions and workshops for two days.
The seminar was hosted on October 17, 2017 by the Faculty of Educational Sciences. It was a conference open to students and specialists in Psychological Counseling and Guidance and Psychology fields in Istanbul. 275 participants participated in the seminar.
The faculty was hosted two conferences past two years which is organized by the collaboration with the Istanbul Psychodrama Instute in May 2018 and 2019. Over 250 participants attended to the conference. Speakers gave speech about psychodrama and there were four workshops in each conference
The event was held by our past faculty member Assoc. Prof. Bahar ERİŞ at South Campus, BAhcesehir University. The focus of the event was matching the traditional motherhood agenda with new generation ideas and creating the awareness of the fact that conscious families will change the world. With this aim, the event hosted publicly known and celebrity mothers as the speakers.
