MİAK Accreditation

The Bachelor in Architecture at the Faculty of Architecture and Design, Bahçeşehir University has been accredited by the Architectural Accreditation Board (MİAK).

What is MİAK?

MİAK was established to evaluate architectural education and to improve it through competency studies. In this way, it aims to contribute to social welfare by fostering the development of better-trained, high-quality architects. Within this scope, MİAK evaluates the competencies required for architectural education through various assessments, ranging from course contents and evaluation methods used in courses to the physical adequacy of the educational environment.

As stated in the report dated March 13, 2020, following the process that began in January 2018, the Bachelor in Architecture at the Faculty of Architecture and Design, Bahçeşehir University was granted “3-Year Accreditation” by the Architectural Accreditation Board (MİAK).Bahçeşehir Üniversitesi Mimarlık ve Tasarım Fakültesi, Mimarlık Lisans Programı Mimarlık Akreditasyon Kurumu (MİAK) tarafından "3 Yıllık Akreditasyon"a hak kazanmıştır.
