CaT – The Career Tree Project (Erasmus +)

WHAT IS OUR GOAL?
Our aim is to create a new diagnostic tool that would consist of 8 multidimensional layers
combined in a one system. CaT’s users will be able to define their capacities, aptitudes and professional interest in a quick and efficient way. Our tool will also support the work of career counsellors. Read more

WHERE CAME THE IDEA FROM?
We identified an alarming tendency concerning the whole Europe: the young people leave schools too early without neither sufficient qualifications nor ideas how would they design their career. We also noticed a lack of complex tool for careers diagnosis.

WHO IS CaT FOR?
The main target group of the project are secondary and vocational schools students, their parents and teachers and career counsellors, as well as anyone who would like to diagnose their capacities and enhance their career path. Read more
