Career Opportunity in Germany
Through the agreement between Bahçeşehir University (BAU) and Medufication International GmbH, students of the BAU Faculty of Health Sciences will have the opportunity to work in Germany in addition to receiving language education.

BAU Anthropometry Laboratory
This laboratory, where Nutrition and Dietetics students can practice, is equipped with all necessary materials, including a BIA device for measuring body composition, a stadiometer and calipers.
Through practical sessions conducted with our faculty members in the laboratory, students gain competencies in measuring height in adults and children, measuring and evaluating body fat and muscle mass with a bioelectrical impedance analyzer, measuring skinfold thickness, and measuring waist and hip circumference. The laboratory is located on the 5th floor of the North Campus.
Biomechanics and Chiropractic Laboratory
In this laboratory, the improvement of physical functions (e.g., paralysis), musculoskeletal health and the prevention of sports injuries are studied; in particular, the mechanical properties of bone structure are examined, and the production of biocompatible implants for fractures and cracks caused by bone loss has begun. The laboratory is equipped with the necessary devices, including 3D scanners, 3D printers, a biomechanical testing device and various small hand tools.
The Chiropractic Laboratory is designed not only for undergraduate students but also for graduate students, enabling the biomechanical measurements required in thesis studies.
Virtual Reality Laboratory
This laboratory includes one treatment bed and one Fizyosoft device. The Virtual Reality Laboratory replaces stimuli from the physical world (light, sound, touch, taste and smell) with computer-generated senses, allowing users to be exposed to stimuli similar to real-world experiences.
In the Virtual Reality Laboratory, students have the opportunity to learn about and practice rehabilitation applications.
Nursing Laboratory
The laboratory is equipped with one simulation mannequin, two full-body mannequins, two real patient beds, two bedside monitors, and all interventional and care-related materials in sufficient quantities for the number of students. Nursing students are taught nursing care with the latest technological tools, with the aim of preparing them for the real clinical environment.

Medical Laboratory Techniques Laboratory
In this laboratory, students are trained in the use of the equipment found in the medical laboratories of hospitals, laboratories and clinics. It also aims to develop competencies such as obtaining accurate, clear and reliable patient results in the shortest possible time.
