Our Training Kitchens

Our center on the North Campus houses 1 Pastry Kitchen and 3 Main Training Kitchens where BAU Gastronomy and Culinary Arts students can carry out all their culinary practices.

In our Pastry Kitchen, where 25 people can work comfortably at the same time, all equipment related to pastry, bread making and the art of chocolate is available to our students.

In addition, our Main Training Kitchens, designed for 20 people and equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, are used by our students in courses involving highly technical cooking processes.

At certain times of the year, guests from outside the department can also receive training in our kitchens through workshops.
