There are 1 pastry kitchen and 3 practical education kitchens in our center in the North Campus, where BAU Gastronomy and Culinary Arts students can do all their culinary applications.
In our pastry kitchen, where 25 people can work comfortably at the same time, all equipment related to pastry, bread making, and chocolate art are available to our students.
In addition, our practical education kitchens, which are designed for 20 people and equipped with the latest technology equipment, are for the use of our students in classes with high-tech cooking processes.
In some periods of the year, our guests from outside the department can also receive training in our kitchens, with workshops held.
