BAU Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Center
Within the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts and the BAU Culinary Arts center, we aim to be a center that shapes the future of our country's gastronomy through activities such as restaurant management, barista and coffee training, tasting events, and talks and conferences with industry opinion leaders, offered as part of short- and long-term certificate programs.
With 3 professional kitchens, 1 pastry kitchen, 1 restaurant, 1 coffee training center, 1 sensory analysis laboratory, 1 library, 1 classroom and storage areas in our 1,800-square-meter, 8-story building, we are the largest and most technologically advanced culinary training center in Türkiye.
Located just 10 minutes from central Beşiktaş, our campus also enjoys a highly convenient location in terms of transportation.

Restaurant and Coffee Training Center
Our Culinary Arts Center has a training restaurant where our students can put what they have learned into practice. Our students work at every stage of this 60-seat restaurant, from the kitchen to the service. We will soon begin welcoming guests to our restaurant as well.

Another area that sets us apart is our Coffee Training Center. Here, our students have the opportunity to receive a wide range of training in a real café environment, from professional barista training to roasting and tea brewing techniques.
