Our student restaurant, located on the ground floor of our center, is open to the outside every weekday, to ensure that the theoretical-practical courses given in the training kitchens are fully usable in the skill set of the students.
In this restaurant, our students have the chance to experience the sectoral reality in their field of interest and to obtain a certain amount of financial support by working as an assistant student in the kitchen or in the service department.
