Dear BAU Students,

Since Bahçeşehir University is an English medium educational institution, all new undergraduate students, including those who will be studying in a program where medium of instruction is not English but wish to study English, are required to take the English Placement Exam on Sunday, September 8, 2024.

The details regarding the exams our students need to take are given below:

* ENGLISH PLACEMENT EXAM

Bahçeşehir University English Placement exam for the 2024–2025 academic year will administered on Sunday, September 8, 2024 in two sessions starting at 09:30 and 13:00 BAU Future (Kemerburgaz) Campus. Please check the link above to see the session that you will sit the placement exam.

Exam Content: English Placement Exam comprises 60 multiple choice questions including use of English and reading sections. (Please click here to see sample questions).

Duration: 75 minutes.

1 mark will be deducted for every 4 incorrect answer.

You may see your English Placement Exam result on BAU SFL website, on "Exam Results" section on Tuesday, September 10, 2024. (Please click here to visit the page)

Important Reminders:

• Please bring your BAU ID and/or a valid ID card with a photograh such as your passport.
• Please bring pencil(s) and an eraser.
• Please arrive at the campus at least 20 minutes before the exam time.
