International Trade Law
Over the past few decades, global trade has grown significantly, and the importance and application of international trade law have increased considerably. Particularly with the new trade routes that emerged during the pandemic and the actors joining the system or increasing their influence, international trade has become one of our country's top policy priorities. The International Trade Law Master's Program will offer its students and practitioners the opportunity to understand how businesses operate globally and how states and the international system regulate trade and financial flows.
The International Trade Law Master's Program is designed for lawyers and law graduates interested in legal issues related to international trade, investment, finance and other commercial transactions in the field of international trade and investment law. The program focuses on helping students acquire the knowledge and practical skills necessary for their future careers in practice, consultancy and policy-making.
The core courses of the program cover trade negotiations under national and international law and the fundamentals of international sales, technology transfer and other cross-border transactions. Students also have the opportunity to choose from a wide range of elective courses, including trade remedies and export controls, trade and investment, trade agreements, e-commerce, trade in services and intellectual property, and currency and financial transactions.
