International Collaborations and Study Abroad Programs

Our Faculty is a founding member of the International Association of Law Schools (IALS).

Special emphasis is placed on professional English; fifty of our faculty students are entitled to benefit from the TOLES advanced legal English certificate program with a full scholarship, and all remaining students at a discounted rate. Students who complete the program successfully are awarded a certificate.

10 of Our Students Participated in the University of Greenwich Summer School Program

Ten students from our Faculty of Law participated in the summer school program organized by the University of Greenwich in London. Within the scope of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed with the University of Greenwich Faculty of Law, some of our BAU Faculty of Law students continue their summer school education in London.

Master's Degree Opportunity in Kansas for BAU Law Students!

Under a special agreement between Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law and the University of Kansas School of Law, BAU Law students who succeed in their courses can receive a bachelor's degree from BAU and an LL.M. degree from the University of Kansas School of Law (USA) at the end of their four-year education.

Application Requirements:

• Students who complete the required conditions by the end of their third year may apply.
• Students eligible to attend the University of Kansas will be selected after a faculty interview, taking into account their academic performance and language proficiency.
• Education at the University of Kansas will be conducted face-to-face.
• The double degree program does not prevent our students from pursuing a minor or double major*.

LL.M. Opportunity in the United States for BAU Law Graduates

Lawyers who successfully complete their legal education in Kansas may become eligible to take the bar exams in the U.S. states of New York, California, Washington, Georgia and Wisconsin.

Students who complete all of their courses during their undergraduate education at Bahçeşehir University and then complete the one-year University of Kansas LL.M. program earn the right to receive their bachelor's degree from Türkiye and their master's degree from the United States.

Students who meet all requirements will have the opportunity to earn 2 degrees in 4 years.

* Completing more than two programs at the same time may be academically challenging.
