Being a member of the Institut Paul Bocuse Worldwide Alliance further develops our students' ability to learn and understand, not only by appreciating culinary arts and culinary cultural heritage, but also through the intercultural promotion of gastronomy, culture and education built on the Institut Paul Bocuse Worldwide Alliance's values of trust, respect and commitment.

In line with the mission of Bahçeşehir University Gastronomy and Culinary Arts to train the next generation of culinary professionals, a collaboration has been established with Ducasse Education, giving our students access to programs that will enable them to present themselves internationally. Founded in 1999 by world-renowned chef Alain Ducasse, Ducasse Education aims to facilitate the transfer of knowledge and expertise in culinary arts, pastry and management, which aligns with Bahçeşehir University's expectations for our students. Our students who join Ducasse Education will also benefit from its international restaurant network.

Bahçeşehir University Gastronomy and Culinary Arts students who successfully complete their programs may choose specialized completion programs at Ducasse Education to further develop their skills. Other programs that our Gastronomy and Culinary Arts students can access through this collaboration include bakery, pastry, chocolate and confectionery programs, all offered at Ducasse Education in France.
