Family Law Program: SDG 5

Students who successfully complete courses addressing current issues in family law are entitled to receive the "Family Law Certificate". These courses examine the causes and consequences of divorce. In addition, topics such as the legal property regime, the regime of participation in acquired property, lineage and guardianship are covered.
