Our Department Secretary, Ensar YAVUZ, is available at the Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, Block D, 3rd Floor, Office D404. Students may submit their formal petitions and requests regarding academic matters to this office for processing and forwarding to the relevant administrative units.

Requests concerning academic matters—such as academic appeals, course equivalency, and prerequisite exemptions—should be submitted to the Department Secretariat.
