BAU Management Engineering, Class '17.
Operational Account Manager at Insider.
At first, I was hesitant about studying Management Engineering, mainly because it was a new major and I did not know anyone who held a degree in it. I thought I'd give it a try and I can always change if things didn't go well. Luckily this was the best decision I have done in my life. Management engineering helps you build the skills and the foundation of an engineer and yet have the mindset of a businessman and an entrepreneur. I have graduated three years ago and my degree has opened many doors and opportunities for me, I now work in a tech startup and my role mainly lies in managing clients, so I am able to apply the managerial skills that I have learned along with understanding the technology and the system behind the software that I use. I would highly recommend this major if you are still as lost as I was when I first started.
