BAU x Metro Türkiye: Vegan Menus

In collaboration with BAU Gastronomy and Culinary Arts and METRO Türkiye, we met with our young aspiring chefs at a panel titled Vegan Menus. Bahçeşehir University students were informed about vegan menus and the trends and innovations in the world of vegan food.
The panel speakers were Bahtiyar Büyükduman, Executive Chef of Telezzüz; Dr. Aslı Duran, Corporate Communications and Public Relations Director of Metro Türkiye; and Murat İlke Özipek, Executive Instructor Chef of Gastronometro.
After the panel, Chef Murat İlke Özipek met with our students at the BAU Culinary Arts Center and shared examples of vegan menu practices.
