The Gastronomic Crossroads Project: Intercultural Flavors Meet in Istanbul

The two-day workshop held in Istanbul on 10-11 July as part of the Erasmus+ project "The Gastronomic Crossroads Project" was successfully completed. The event served as a cultural bridge where Romanian and Turkish participants shared their experiences and culinary cultures. We extend our sincere thanks to our Romanian guests and our Turkish team for taking part in this valuable experience. Funded by Erasmus+ RO and coordinated by Black Sea FooDignity, the project was carried out in collaboration with Universitatea de Științe Agronomice și Medicină Veterinară din București (USAMV) from Romania, Universidad Pontificia Comillas ICAI-ICADE (UPC & Madrid Culinary Campus) from Spain, and Bahçeşehir University (BAU) from Türkiye.
