Dear BAU Students,
Since Bahçeşehir University is an English medium educational institution, all new undergraduate students, including those who will be studying in a program where medium of instruction is not English but wish to study English, are required to take the English Placement Exam on Tuesday, September 15, 2026.

Bahçeşehir University English Placement exam for the 2026–2027 academic year will administered on Tuesday, September 15, 2026 in two sessions starting at 10:00 BAU South Campus. Please check the link above to see the session that you will sit the placement exam.
Exam Content: English Placement Exam comprises 60 multiple choice questions including use of English and reading sections. (Please click here to see sample questions).
Duration: 75 minutes.
1 mark will be deducted for every 4 incorrect answer.

Important Reminders:
- Please bring your BAU ID and/or a valid ID card with a photograh such as your passport.
- Please bring pencil(s) and an eraser.
- Please arrive at the campus at least 30 minutes before the exam time.
