The English Proficiency Exam, held by the School of Foreign Languages for students who apply to graduate programs of our University will be on December 18, 2021 in Kemerburgaz Campus.
Detailed information about the candidates' participation in the exam is as follows;
Candidates who will take the English Proficiency exam must submit their attendance status with their passport number to [email protected] until December 15 2021, 06.00 p.m candidates must have complete the application for exam registration.
The English Proficiency Exam consists of 2 parts:
PART 1: WRITTEN EXAM
Exam Date: December, 18th Saturday, 2021
Time: 09:00-12:00

Kemerburgaz Mithatpaşa Mahallesi İstoza Mevkii Eyüpsultan / İstanbul
Number of questions: 60 (multiple-choice) +1 writing task
Duration: 180 minutes
Weighting: 80%
Description: The questions on the test have been designed to assess the following: vocabulary, use of English, reading, listening and writing
After the written exam, English Proficiency Exam Part 2 (Speaking) will be held on the December 18th Saturday, 2021. The exam will be done on an appointment basis. The appointments will be announced on the notice boards on the December 18th Saturday, 2021, after the written exam. The examinees are required to be present in front of the exam room just 15 minutes before their appointments. The results of the exam will be announced on the 21st of September, Tuesday, 2021.
PART 2: SPEAKING EXAM
Exam Date: December 18th Saturday, 2021
Time: The exam will be done on an appointment basis. The appointments will be announced on the notice boards on the December 18th Saturday, 2021 after the written exam. The examinees are required to be present in front of the exam room just 15 minutes before their appointments.
