Exam Center Requirement: If TOEFL IBT and PTE exams are taken in Turkey, the exam must be held in buildings belonging to state universities. Home Edition versions are not accepted.
Candidates who enrolled in non-thesis master's programs after February 6, 2013, will not be considered for the Ph.D. evaluation process.
