BAU x Consulate General of Switzerland in Istanbul: Swiss Days 2024

As BAU Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, we took part with our students in Swiss Days 2024, held this year at Bomontiada to promote Swiss culture.
During the two-day event, Swiss street food prepared by our students was served to guests eager to learn about Swiss culture.
