BAU x Karaköy Güllüoğlu: Factory Visit

As every year, we hosted students from Mukogawa Women's University in Japan at our university this year as part of the Cultural Exchange Program.
During the visits, we toured the factory of Karaköy Güllüoğlu, one of the flag bearers of Turkish dessert culture, where the Japanese students were informed about topics such as the history of Turkish desserts, the history of baklava and baklava making.
We are grateful to our master craftsmen Mr. Nadir Güllü and Mr. Yavuz İnal, who accompanied us on the tour, which also included tastings of various products!
