BAU x SushiCo: Baran Dumanoğlu

Baran Dumanoğlu, Co-Founder of SushiCo, with whom we have an educational partnership, met with our students.
The meeting took place during the "SushiCo Far Eastern Cuisines" course, conducted as part of our educational agreement with SushiCo, based on the principle that our students should learn essential knowledge about Far Eastern cuisine from expert chefs, and featured a discussion on restaurant management and SushiCo's entrepreneurial journey.
