1. Stuttering and Cluttering Event

Prof. Dr. Ahmet Konrot, one of the most experienced specialists in Türkiye in the field of "Fluency Disorders", was invited to BAUKOM to deliver a seminar titled "Stuttering and Cluttering".

  

2. From Intention to Speech: Sensory Input and Motor Control of Speech
Dr. SLT Nida Şanlı, the practitioner trainer in Türkiye of the PROMPT technique developed for Motor Speech Disorders, one of the disorders frequently encountered in the field of Speech and Language Therapy, was invited to BAUKOM to deliver a seminar titled "From Intention to Speech: Sensory Input and Motor Control of Speech" on the foundations, philosophy and application examples of the technique.

 

3. Behavior Management in Autism Event
At the "Behavior Management in Autism" event organized by the Bahçeşehir University Speech and Language Therapy Application and Research Center (BAUKOM), special education expert Selahattin Öztürk took part as a guest speaker. The event addressed behavior management strategies, effective intervention methods and communication support for individuals with autism.

4. Approaches to Childhood Stuttering Event
At the "Approaches to Childhood Stuttering" event organized by the Bahçeşehir University Speech and Language Therapy Application and Research Center (BAUKOM), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayşe Aydın Uysal, an expert in the field, took part as a guest speaker. The event addressed the assessment of childhood stuttering, current therapy approaches and effective intervention methods. Approaches to childhood stuttering were discussed with science-based information and examples from clinical practice.

5. SİATT Training Event
Specialist Psychological Counselor Nilcan Kuleli Sertgil was invited to the "Social Communication Development Screening Test for Infancy and Early Childhood and Training Program Development Course (6-24 months)" organized by the Bahçeşehir University Speech and Language Therapy Application and Research Center (BAUKOM).

 

 

6. Assessment and Case Examples in Voice Disorders Event
Prof. Dr. Kürşat Yelken, who works in the field of voice disorders, was invited to the "Assessment and Case Examples in Voice Disorders" event organized by the Bahçeşehir University Speech and Language Therapy Application and Research Center (BAUKOM). During the event, audio-video recordings of voice disorders and case examples were examined and assessment and therapy procedures were discussed.
