Legal Framework and Duties

"In accordance with the Right to Information Act and the relevant regulation, the Correspondence, Management Information Systems and Reporting Directorate serves as the "Right to Information Unit" within the Office of the President. Responses or documents for right to information applications submitted to the Office of the President are prepared by the relevant unit. The Correspondence, Management Information Systems and Reporting Directorate is informed on behalf of the Office of the President/General Secretariat. Except for matters to be answered directly by the Legal Counsel's Office, all comprehensive requests submitted through the Presidential Communication Center (CİMER) are answered through the Correspondence, Management Information Systems and Reporting Directorate."
