Master's and Doctoral Program Fees (2025-2026)

Important Information Notes

• Prices include VAT.
• Prices represent installment amounts. A 8% cash discount is applied for upfront payments.
• Thesis Master's Program: Excluding the scientific preparation period, it consists of at least four semesters regardless of the student's registration status. Students pay a registration renewal fee at the beginning of each academic semester during these four semesters.
• Students enrolled in the Fall semester pay the tuition fee at the beginning of the following Fall semester, and those enrolled in the Spring semester pay at the beginning of the following Spring semester; those who continue their education after four semesters are only required to pay the thesis fee.
• Non-Thesis Master's Program: Excluding the scientific preparation period, students must complete the program within a maximum of three semesters, regardless of whether they register or not. The announced fee is a package program fee and must be paid in full during registration.
• Ph.D. Program: Excluding the scientific preparation period, it covers at least eight semesters regardless of registration status. Students pay a registration renewal fee at the beginning of each academic semester during these eight semesters.
• Students enrolled in the Fall semester pay the tuition fee at the beginning of the following Fall semester, and those enrolled in the Spring semester pay at the beginning of the following Spring semester; after eight semesters, students continuing the program are only charged the thesis fee.
• Tuition fees for each academic year are determined and announced by the Board of Trustees, taking into account the university budget and cost increases. If there is a change in the VAT rate, this change is reflected in the tuition fee at the same rate.
• Course Repetition: For courses repeated during normal and extended education periods or taken to increase grades, a course repetition fee is charged in addition to the program fee. These fees are announced at the beginning of each semester and determined by the Office of the President of the Board of Trustees.
• Summer School: Apart from the education and training fees paid in the Fall and Spring semesters, Summer School education is subject to an additional fee. Summer school fees are calculated based on the number of courses the student takes, and scholarships are valid in summer school.
