Early final exam dates for Erasmus or World Exchange (or other similar programs) students who will be going abroad by way of the same program - To be eligible to sit these exams, students' departure dates must be confirmed and verified by means of a document from their institutions. NOT all students going abroad are eligible to take these exams; only those whose have conflicts or overlaps in their class schedules. The Global Academic Affairs and International Programs Offices are required to submit a list of students who will be taking these exams to the Office of the President by Monday,15 December, 2023. The list will then be sent to the relevant departments, which will determine and announce the early exam dates. These students must take all their final exams on these early dates and are not eligible to sit them during the finals scheduled at the normal time.

Deadline for the submission of the Turnitin Report, Jury Proposal Form and the PDF and Word versions of the master's thesis by the thesis advisor to [email protected] for format checks for students preparing for their thesis defense.

The system will be closed to students who have not fulfilled these requirements and they will not be able to register for courses.

Course registration period for graduate students for the spring semester (international, Erasmus, World Exchange students included). Those who are in the thesis phase of their program must declare their advisor, get approval and register for their thesis and seminar courses on the system.

Courses that do not get enough registrations during add-drop week will be closed on Sunday, 04 February, 2024 at 4 pm and the affected students will be notified by SMS. These students will have to sign up for a new course between 12-16 February, 2024 (add-drop week) on the Student Information System.

They will be notified of course closures by SMS but they are responsible for keeping informed of changes in the curriculum.

Students with outstanding fees whose course registration gets canceled and the closure of courses that do not meet the criteria to stay open: After this date, there will be no course registration or outstanding fee payments. Only students whose courses were dropped due to closures can re-register. These students will be notified via SMS but students are ultimately responsible for keeping informed about course closures.
