ACADEMIC YEAR OF 2013-2014 TRANSFER TO ASSOCIATE DEGREE AND UNDER DEGREE PROGRAM APPLICATION
1- Transfers take place only among the Higher Education institutions which have equivalent educational programs.
2- No transfer can be made to Preparatory program, to the first and final semester of the Associate Degree programs, and the first two and final two semesters of the Bachelor’s Degree Programs.
3- In order to transfer to an undergrad class the student
a) Must have been successful in all of the exams in the institution from which they will leave.
b) The prospective student must have a grade point average of at least 60/100 (2.29/4.00).
4- Students who must be registred or on vacation in the home universıty (as a student).
5- Applicant must be succesfull if will apply to the transfer program which is a special aptitude test.
6- If an applicant will apply to the a special aptitude programs, must be take 180 o further from the Placement Exam(OSYS)
7- Students who cant aplly to transfer stuff started to the education as a special aptitude test resut from out of Turkey or from Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus.
8- Applicant who shouldn't take the any disciplinary action without warning or a reprimand.
9- The students who apply to an English medium program will be required to take a proficiency exam except those who submit a TOEFL score of IBT 74pts, PBT 537pts; IELTS score of 6, or a document showing they have succeeded in a proficiency exam given by any higher education institute.
10- On condition that those who temporarily or permanently work for public institutions or organizations are appointed to another place, if his/her dependents who are students apply within a year to an equivalent institution in the place of the new appointment, taking into account the articles 5 and 6 of the Regulations on the Basis Concerning Horizontal Transfer among the Institutions of Higher Education at the Associate’s and Bachelor’s Degree Levels, they will be evaluated according to their success level and they will be transferred to the institution on the basis of available space. The space left after these students transfer, will be filled in accordance with the first subsection of the Article 8 of the regulations.
11- Students who registered as a transfer student can't apply to the the other programs as a transfer student.

2- Certified Transcript (in a sealed envelope from your university)
3- Certified Lecture Contents (This documents must be Turkish or English. If not Turkish or English students must go to Translate Center)
4- Evidence Indicating That The Student Has No Disciplinary Record
5- Student Certificate.
6- Evidence Of Foreign Language Proficiency: TOEFL score of IBT 74pts, PBT 537pts; IELTS score of 6 or Bahçeşehşir University Proficiency Exam(at least 60)
7- Passport Copies
8- High School Diploma
9- Certificate of Equuivalence: International applicants must submit catalogs (and the like) introducing their university and a certificate of equivalence.
Applicant must apply yourself between 12-22 Agust 2013. The application won't accept if there is some missing documents.
