Inter-Institutional Associate Degree Transfer Results Based on GPA (2025-2026 Spring Semester)

2025-2026 ACADEMIC YEAR SPRING SEMESTER

ANNOUNCEMENT ON FINAL REGISTRATION PROCEDURES AND REQUIRED DOCUMENTS FOR INTER-INSTITUTIONAL ASSOCIATE DEGREE TRANSFERS

1. You can access the results via the tracking link by entering your PIN code (sent via SMS) and your Turkish ID number. Tracking Link: https://umis.bau.edu.tr/transfer/login
2. Final registration procedures for all accepted students will be carried out on February 26-27, 2026 at the Student Affairs Directorate, Beşiktaş South Campus (IN PERSON).
3. Students coming for registration must bring the original documents issued by their universities (wet-signed and stamped or e-signed). Documents in languages other than Turkish or English must be submitted together with their translations (in Turkish or English).
4. Students coming for registration must first obtain payment approval from the Directorate of Student Financial Services. Final registration can only be completed for students with payment approval.

Accepted students who are entitled to final registration must complete their payment using one of the payment methods belowby Friday, February 27, 2026, at 11:00in order to complete their final registration.   

PAYMENT METHODS

PAYMENT BY CREDIT CARD: You can pay in full or in installments with credit cards of our partner banks that have installment features and a sufficient limit to cover the tuition fee, either at the Beşiktaş Campus or online via the E-Payment page at https://umis.bau.edu.tr/epayment/login.

Credit cards accepted for installment payments: VakıfBank, İş Bankası, Akbank, Halkbank, Ziraat Bankası, DenizBank, Garanti Bankası credit cards, or credit cards of other banks with Bonus, Maximum, Axess or World features.

VIA DENİZBANK: You can pay in full or use an education loan at any DenizBank branch by presenting the student's Turkish ID number.

Note: Transactions can be made at all DenizBank branches across Türkiye. Completing bank payments at the nearest DenizBank branch before coming for registration will help reduce waiting time. If you wish to pay the full fee via EFT from another bank, you must give the sending bank an instruction including the following details:

Installment transfers from other banks are not accepted.

-Disciplinary Record Certificate (wet-signed and stamped or e-signed) A note on the transcript/student certificate is also accepted.)

-Language Proficiency Certificate (wet-signed and stamped or e-signed)

-Original ID Card and 1 Photocopy

-Certified True Copy of High School Diploma or e-Government Graduation Document Printout

-ÖSYM Placement Result Document

-ÖSYM Document Showing All Scores
