About Us

The Bahçeşehir University Competition Law Application and Research Center (BauRHM) was established to carry out academic and practice-oriented work in the field of competition law, to encourage scientific research and to raise awareness of competition law among different segments of society.
The Center adopts a dynamic approach that supports the adaptation of competition law to evolving economic and technological conditions. Aiming to contribute to scientific and applied work on competition law in Türkiye and at the international level, the Center seeks to increase knowledge in this field through seminars, training programs, workshops and academic publications.
Operating within Bahçeşehir University, the Center contributes to the specialization of students and young legal professionals in the field of competition law, while also supporting the effective implementation of competition law by developing collaborations with the business community and public institutions.
Following the development of competition law in different legal systems through national and international academic collaborations, the Center promotes knowledge sharing in this field through comparative law studies and projects.
