Lecturer Abdülkadir Kaya

Biography:
After graduating from Istanbul Faculty of Law in 1974, Abdülkadir Kaya began his career as a criminal judge in 1977. He later served at the Criminal Chamber of the Court of Cassation and as a rapporteur judge at the Ministry of Justice. In 2004, while serving as the Director General of International Law and Foreign Relations at the Ministry of Justice, he voluntarily retired. Since then, he has been working as a lecturer at Bahçeşehir University Faculty of Law.
