Dr. Sibel Çalışkan
Dr. Sibel Çalışkan graduated from the Department of Psychology at Boğaziçi University. She completed her master’s degree in Organizational Psychology at Istanbul Bilgi University and her Ph.D. in Organization and Management. Since October 2021, she has been serving as a faculty member in the Department of Psychology at Bahçeşehir University. Her research interests include dual-earner couples, employee voice in organizations, psychological safety, psychological contracts, diversity management, and mixed-methods research. She also provides training to laboratory assistants as a MAXQDA instructor.

Aslı Bakkaloğlu
Aslı Bakkaloğlu graduated from the Department of Psychology at Bahçeşehir University in 2025. She is interested in the fields of clinical and organizational psychology, with a focus on emotion regulation and coping strategies. She supports ongoing research activities in the Industrial and Organizational Psychology Laboratory.

Ayça Keleş
Ayça Keleş graduated from the Department of Psychology at Bahçeşehir University in 2024 and is currently pursuing her graduate studies. She has worked on end-to-end recruitment processes and employee experience development practices in the field of Human Resources. Her academic interests focus on organizational behavior, emotions in organizations, employee well-being, and work–life balance. She works as a researcher in the Industrial and Organizational Psychology Laboratory, contributing to research that examines psychosocial processes in organizations from a multidimensional perspective and integrates theoretical approaches with methodological diversity. In the long term, she aims to conduct research that contributes to the academic literature by integrating theoretical knowledge with practical applications.

Büşra Karaca
Büşra Karaca is currently an undergraduate student in the Department of Psychology at Bahçeşehir University. She has gained experience in recruitment, operational processes, and employee well-being in the field of Human Resources. Her academic interests include organizational behavior, employee engagement, and employee well-being. She conducts research in the Industrial and Organizational Psychology Laboratory.

Defne Erke
Defne Erke graduated from the Department of Psychology at Bahçeşehir University in 2024. Her academic interests focus on organizational psychology, workplace emotions, and gender equality. She participates in various research projects conducted in the Industrial and Organizational Psychology Laboratory. She aims to develop advanced competencies in quantitative and qualitative data analysis and plans to pursue an academic career in this direction.

Elif Kaya
Elif Kaya graduated from the English Language Teaching program at Bahçeşehir University in 2025 and is currently continuing her studies in the Department of Psychology at the same university as part of a double major program. Her academic interests focus on workplace inclusivity, intergroup relations, and social justice.

Ezgi Su Aslan
Ezgi Su Aslan is an undergraduate student in the Department of Psychology at Bahçeşehir University. She is interested in topics such as employee motivation and workplace productivity and aims to pursue a master’s degree in Industrial Psychology. She prioritizes contributing to workplace performance, productivity, and well-being through the use of scientific methods. She also assists with research conducted in the Industrial and Organizational Psychology Laboratory.

Melis Köksal
Melis Köksal is an undergraduate student in the Department of Psychology at Bahçeşehir University. She has gained experience in human resources processes. Her academic interests include aviation psychology, human factors, and clinical observation. She aims to integrate scientific and clinical research data with organizational dynamics and assists in research conducted in the Industrial and Organizational Psychology Laboratory.

Oğuzhan Altın
Oğuzhan Altın graduated from Bahçeşehir University in 2025 with a major in Psychology and a double major in Political Science and International Relations. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Psychology at Marmara University. After graduation, he began working in the field of Human Resources and continues his professional career in this area. His academic interests within the field of industrial and organizational psychology include organizational development, recruitment processes, and employee well-being.

Roni Leon Yancı
Roni Leon Yancı is an undergraduate student in the Department of Psychology at Bahçeşehir University. His primary areas of interest include minorities and discrimination. He aims to pursue an academic career in clinical psychology while also maintaining an interest in industrial and organizational psychology. He has experience working with the learning processes of children with special needs.

Şevval Aydın
Şevval Aydın graduated from the Department of Psychology at Bahçeşehir University in 2026. During her undergraduate studies, she focused on clinical and organizational psychology, with particular emphasis on employee motivation, psychological well-being in the workplace, and organizational behavior. She aims to contribute to the development of organizational processes through scientifically grounded research.

Şilan İleritürk
Şilan İleritürk is an undergraduate student in the Department of Psychology at Bahçeşehir University. She is interested in organizational psychology and completed a minor program in Business Administration during her undergraduate studies. She has internship experience in the field of Human Resources. Her academic and professional interests focus on organizational processes, human resources practices, and individual–organization interactions in the workplace.
