Executive Board
The Educational Sustainability Executive Board has been established to support the institutional monitoring, evaluation, coordination, and continuous improvement of BAU’s Educational Sustainability approach. The Board addresses student experience, educational continuity, student support mechanisms, risk signals, and quality assurance processes through an integrated perspective. Its work supports the University’s capacity to identify factors that may affect students’ persistence and progression, coordinate timely institutional responses, and evaluate the effectiveness of support processes. The Board’s working structure is based on data-informed evaluation, cross-unit coordination, monitorability, accountability, and continuous improvement. In this respect, the Executive Board provides a transparent and measurable institutional governance mechanism aligned with the University’s quality assurance system and international quality assurance and evaluation expectations.
