Educational Sustainability Unit

The Educational Sustainability Unit operates under the Rectorate of Bahçeşehir University and coordinates both scholarship-related processes for prospective students and initiatives that support the educational continuity of current students.

Aligned with the University's strategic goals, quality assurance framework, and international accreditation standards, the Unit promotes collaboration among academic and administrative units by monitoring academic, financial, social, and administrative factors that may affect students' educational continuity and success.

Within this framework, the Unit contributes to the coordination of scholarship processes for prospective students while also supporting Student Retention efforts through the monitoring of key indicators, assessment of risk signals, follow-up of support processes, and data-informed reporting and analysis.

The Unit's activities are carried out under the coordination of an Executive Board chaired by the Vice Rector responsible for Student Experience and composed of representatives from the General Secretariat, Finance Directorate, Dean of Students Office, Student Financial Services Directorate, and Student Affairs Directorate.
