• Could you please provide us with the competition documents including the timber material document, detailed specifications brief and site locations documents?

• Can students from different universities be included in the team, provided that there is also a BAU architecture student in the team?

The competition is only open to BAU Faculty of Architecture and Design students. All team members must be students of BAU Faculty of Architecture and Design.

•  You said we can think of designing a structure in two parts, on the two sides of the main staircase (site 2&3). Can we combine other sites, like the wall (site 1) and the staircase (site 2)?

No, only both sides of the staircase (Area 2 & 3) can be considered together, remaining within the total area limit of 10 square meters, while the other locations (Area 1 and Area 4) will be designed individually.

• Can the design be movable (foldable, extensible, openable and closable)?

Yes. It can be movable, foldable, extensible, openable and closable.

• Will you share the dwg file of the site?

The DWG file has been added to the resources section in itslearning class of the competition. However, in order to work on the current version of the sites, students need to re-measure independently from the dwg file.

• Can we use wheel for the design?

Yes. You can use wheels for the design.

• Can we put a platform underneath the design?

Yes. You can put timber platform underneath the design.

• Will you open the Itslearning group?

All documents have been added to the Itslearning group and participating students have been added to the group.
