• • How to Apply?

Registration form: To register for the workshop and competition, you must complete the registration form at https://forms.gle/M7DTebBdd2atoXMP6 . Students who complete the competition form and attend the workshop will be added to the class to be opened for the competition on itslearning and will be able to apply.

Digital Posters: You must upload your posters by Friday, 6 December 2024, at 17:00 to the relevant competition folder on itslearning.

Physical Models: You must submit the models, together with the signatures of the team members, to the meeting room on the 8th floor by 17:00 on the same day.

• • Submission Format

A1 Posters: Each project must be presented as two A1 posters in the layout shared in the "Competition Documents".

Technical Drawing Requirements: Plan and section drawings at a scale of 1:20, and detail drawings at a scale of 1:10 clearly showing the main connections.

Physical Model: Create a 1:20 scale physical model of your project, including the surrounding context. Your model should clearly express the main design decisions, including the planned location, and show the application and connection details of the timber as expected.

Project Description: At the bottom of the posters, add a 200-word text in English explaining the main decisions and approach of your project. This description should appear on only one of the posters.

Representation Technique: There are no restrictions on presentation techniques. You may use digital methods, hand production or a combination of both. If you use AI-based software, please provide references for the media you use.

Pseudonym Requirement: Each participant must choose a pseudonym consisting of 5 digits. This pseudonym must be written in the designated area in the top right corner of the poster(s) (see the poster format). Apart from this, the posters must not contain any names, numbers or identifying content.
