- To carry out projects that promote data-based continuous improvement in distance education based on the feedback received from faculty members, students, and colleagues.
- To provide faculty members and students quick access to a technical support system.

- To carry out projects geared toward integrating modern technologies into learning environments while espousing pedagogical principles.
- To design courses and implement them at the university adhering to established quality standards.
- To provide training for faculty members in order to meet learner output expectations and increase knowledge retention in learner-oriented courses conducted face to face, synchronously, asynchronously, and in hybrid classes.
- To design face to face, synchronous, asynchronous, and hybrid classes at an international standard.
- To keep up to date with local and global accreditation bodies in order to maintain international transfer qualifications.
- To design face to face, synchronous, asynchronous, and hybrid courses to increase class productivity and knowledge retention.
- To direct students toward personal and professional growth by maintaining a diverse course schedule in their chosen fields and others including the Massive Open Online Course (MOOC).
