Scholarship Scope and Details

• To benefit from BİSEP scholarships and support, an application must have been submitted through the University's website, the application must have been accepted, and an "acceptance letter" must have been sent to the applicant through the system or in print. In addition, the student must be placed in the BAU Faculty of Medicine through ÖSYM and complete enrollment.

• BİSEP scholarships and support begin if the student is placed in the BAU Faculty of Medicine through ÖSYM in the year of application and are valid for the maximum period of study. Students receiving financial support may benefit from it for 9 (nine) months, covering October to June, in each academic year throughout their studies; as a rule, only one financial support opportunity may be used at a time.

• BİSEP education scholarships and support are not valid for study abroad programs.

• The BİSEP education scholarship is combined with the student's other scholarships, if any, by applying them sequentially. For example, if a student placed with a 50% ÖSYM scholarship receives a 50% BİSEP scholarship, the total scholarship will be 75% due to sequential application.

• BİSEP education scholarships and support are valid only at the BAU Faculty of Medicine. If the student transfers to a different program, the BİSEP scholarship cannot be used.

• The BİSEP education scholarship is valid for the BAU Summer School.
