REQUIRED STEPS FOR PARTICIPANTS WISHING TO UPLOAD THEIR PAPERS TO THE IEEE XPLORE SYSTEM:
I. IEEE Copyright Form (1) must be downloaded from the link below, signed and e-mailed to biyomut2015@med.bahcesehir.edu.tr . The English title of the paper must be included.
II. At the bottom left of the first page of your paper (2), the following IEEE copyright notice must be added: "
" 978-1-4673-8654-8/15/$31.00 ©2015 IEEE ".
If you used the "paper template" previously uploaded to EasyChair and downloaded from our website, you can replace the text (...../$31.00 ©2014 IEEE) in the "footer" at the bottom left corner with the new one.
III. You must convert your paper to a PDF format suitable for IEEE Xplore and upload it to the system. For this, between 02-08 November 2015 the use and approval of PDF eXpress is mandatory. To convert with PDF eXpress:
o Go to http://www.pdf-express.org .
o If you are using PDF eXpress for the first time:
o Click the "New users – click here" link.
o For "Conference ID", enter 37811X, then enter your e-mail address and a password of your choice. Enter the other requested information as well.
o Check that your contact information is correct and press the"Submit"button.
- If you have previously used PDF eXpress for another conference:
o For "Conference ID", enter 37811X . Enter the e-mail address and password you used before.
o When you click "Login", you will see an error message asking you to create an account. Click the "Continue" link. By entering your e-mail and password, you will activate your existing account for this conference.
o You will receive an e-mail confirming that your account has been created successfully.
o For each new paper, click the "Create New Title" link.
o Enter the requested information about the paper (in English).
o Click the "Submit PDF for checking" link. In the dialog that appears, upload the PDF version of your camera-ready paper.
o You will receive an e-mail informing you whether your uploaded paper has passed the PDF eXpress check.
IV.You must send your camera-ready papers created with PDF eXpress directly to biyomut2015@med.bahcesehir.edu.tr.
To speed up the process, please send the signed IEEE Copyright Form (1) and the camera-ready paper (2) created with PDF eXpress in the same ZIP file, stating the paper registration number in the "subject" line of your e-mail.
