Erasmus
Within the scope of the Erasmus+ agreement, there are a total of 36 bilateral agreements in 22 different EU countries. Students who qualify for the Erasmus+ Program receive monthly financial support from the EU. This support is transferred from the Turkish National Agency to our university, and from the university to our students. Each year, approximately 190 Erasmus study students are selected across the university. Across all university programs, out of our quota of 190 Erasmus students based on the grant determined by the Turkish National Agency, the number of funded students allocated to Engineering is 35 on average. In addition, students can apply for the Erasmus Internship program (during the summer months or after graduation) to do an internship at a company they arrange themselves, provided that it is located in an EU member country. Each year, two internship students are selected from each faculty of our university. If students wish to benefit from this opportunity without a grant, it is sufficient for them to meet the minimum criteria at the time of application.
