Applications to the BAU Faculty of Medicine Scientist Selection Program (BISEP) are submitted online through the internet. BISEP candidates can complete their applications by filling out the application form and uploading the required documents. Candidates may upload their documents either during the application process or later through their “My Page” section. After completing this stage, applicants can track the status of their BISEP application using the information provided in the email sent to them and can also view the available BISEP opportunities. Applicants’ applications, submitted documents, and the BISEP opportunities they benefit from are evaluated separately. Students in 12th grade and graduate applicants may be invited to BISEP interviews. The applicant must complete the “Application Finalization” process on their personal page using the information sent to them. This action confirms that all required documents and information have been uploaded. After finalizing the application, applicants cannot update their information until they are accepted into BISEP. Once accepted, they may upload additional documents under the “Other Documents” section on their applicant page. Application ResultApplications are evaluated within 2–3 weeks. Accepted applicants are notified via email accordingly. BISEP OpportunitiesApplicants who are admitted to BISEP can follow the opportunities offered to them through their personal page and contact the BISEP team via the program’s communication channels regarding the opportunities of interest. They can also follow BAU Faculty of Medicine announcements and events through the emails sent to their inbox. Invitation to InterviewsApplicants who have been accepted into BISEP and are 12th-grade students or graduate applicants are evaluated for interviews. During this evaluation process, the documents submitted in the BISEP application and the applicant’s interaction with BAU Faculty of Medicine are considered. This evaluation takes place after the candidate has been admitted to BISEP. Once interview dates are determined, eligible applicants are invited to the interviews. Interview InformationCandidates are informed about interview dates according to the schedule determined by BAU Faculty of Medicine. Attending the InterviewCandidates attend an interview with the Dean of the BAU Faculty of Medicine and are informed of the scholarship outcome at the end of the interview through the certificate issued to them. BISEP Scholarship CertificateThe BISEP Scholarship Certificate is a document that applicants must keep and present during university registration. The BISEP Scholarship Certificate becomes valid if the candidate is placed within the quotas specified for the BAU Faculty of Medicine in the ÖSYM guide. For Application:
