Legal Framework and Scope of Duty

“In accordance with the Right to Information Act and relevant regulations, the Directorate of Editorial Affairs, Management Information Systems, and Reporting within the Rectorate functions as the 'Right to Information Unit'. Applications for information made to the Rectorate are processed, and answers or documents are prepared by the relevant unit. The Directorate of Editorial Affairs, Management Information Systems, and Reporting is informed on behalf of the Rectorate/General Secretariat. Except for matters directly answered by the Legal Advisory, all comprehensive transactions related to the Presidency's Communication Center (CİMER) are processed and resolved through the Directorate of Editorial Affairs, Management Information Systems, and Reporting.”
