In today's globalized business world, the influence of multinational companies is rapidly increasing. The management styles and challenges faced by local and international firms differ in many ways. These differences drive the growing demand for managers with international expertise. Rapid technological advancements, the expansion of information networks, and the openness of financial markets to foreign investors and firms have increased the interactions and integrations of financial markets on an international level.
The International Finance program aims to educate competent and well-equipped graduates who can leverage technological opportunities and maintain a global perspective. Our graduates have career opportunities in the finance departments of both local and international companies, as well as in financial institutions. Additionally, they possess the skills to establish their own businesses.
Our Faculty stands out with its interdisciplinary education approach, aiming to nurture graduates with a perspective aligned with the dynamics of the globalized business world. With our broad and esteemed academic staff, we offer a variety of elective courses to equip our students with the skills to adapt to a wide range of situations they may encounter in their careers.
The curriculum of our department has been designed, with contributions from Bahçeşehir University Financial Research and Application Center (BFRC) and the Coop Center, to train successful graduates. Our students gain practical experience through applied courses at BFRC and branded courses or internships provided by the Coop Center. This ensures they graduate as young professionals with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
