To enable the development and best possible application of contemporary approaches, methods and techniques for teaching Turkish as a foreign language, to write textbooks and create content to this end, to develop collaborations with non-governmental organizations to teach Turkish to wider audiences, and to become a pioneering and respected institution in the field of teaching Turkish as a foreign language.
