Our Mission

The mission of BAU TÜRKMER is to teach Turkish as a foreign or second language to our students, project partners and interested individuals at our campuses in Türkiye and abroad; to promote Türkiye and Turkish culture; to offer courses in academic and business Turkish in addition to general Turkish courses; to equip international students studying at our university or coming to our country, as well as those wishing to learn Turkish at universities and campuses within BAU Global, with the Turkish they need; to train teachers of Turkish as a foreign language; to deliver these courses and content to participants through a distance learning model; and to conduct academic research in the field of Turkish language teaching.
