The Salzburg Workshop was held at Bahçeşehir University on 6-10 May 2019. Titled 'Dining Cultures', the workshop aimed to examine the eating habits and flavors of different cultures, combine them with tastes, objects and presentation techniques, and highlight cultural inputs.
