Our Gastronomy Students on the Thrace Vineyard Route

On a trip along the Thrace vineyard route with our Department of Gastronomy students, our students had the opportunity to see the agricultural production process up close. The first stop was TÜRAM in Silivri, where the event began with training on plant sociology and lavender production and distillation given by an expert guide. The group then visited the Chateau Nuzun and Barbare vineyards to learn about grape growing. The day trip ended with dinner.
